Terms and Conditions of use for subscribers to a Holiday Availability Calendar account.
These terms and conditions relate to ‘Holiday Availability Calendar’ tariff and availability calendar services.
Any published data is the responsibility of the account holder, and the Holiday Availability Calendar cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information. The account holder assigns the Holiday Availability Calendar a licence to use this data for internal purposes. Data is stored under the terms of the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to any third party in whole or in part.
We offer 30 days free evaluation of our Holiday Availability Calendar service. In subsequently purchasing an account you are accepting a our terms and conditions based on the service you have trialled.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION AND PAYMENTS
If after a 30 day evaluation you wish to continue using our service, you can activate your account by payment of an annual subscription online with a credit/debit card. Please note that this is the only way we can accept payment. You will receive a acknowledgement of payment from our Payment Service Provider (Stripe) and a company receipt will follow.
the Holiday Availability Calendar reserves the right to terminate an account at any time, refunding payment for any outstanding period of subscription.
No refunds will be payable to account holders who choose to terminate their account prior to the end of their subscription period unless this is due to a significant failure in our service.
Account holders will receive automatic notification of the expiry of their entry by email. In the event that the account is not renewed, the information will continue to display for 30 days after the expiry date. After this 30 day period, if renewal is still outstanding, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from Holiday Availability Calendar and will not be retrievable.
Ongoing product development means that you benefit from improvements and additional features as soon as they become available. There may be occasional suspension of service whilst upgrades and maintenance are carried out but these will be scheduled to minimise interruption of service.
Every effort is made by the Holiday Availability Calendar to offer 100% reliability and uptime for our online services. We also keep regular backups of our data for quick recovery should we suffer data loss. However the Holiday Availability Calendar cannot be held responsible for loss of data, loss of business or any other loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of using our service.
Support is provided by, a published manual, help links at relevant points throughout the site, and a comprehensive onsite FAQ help file. Further questions can be asked using the email form onsite. Support is limited to these options. Please note that we do not offer telephone support.
the Holiday Availability Calendar can accept no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of use of information provided on their websites either by account holders or their customers. Bookings and sales are an agreement solely between the advertisers and their clients and are not in any way the responsibility of the Holiday Availability Calendar.
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, we will give a full and unconditional refund of your payment providing you contact us within 30 days of the payment being made. After 30 days, no refunds will be payable to account holders who choose to terminate their account prior to the end of their subscription period, unless this is due to a significant failure in our service.
